-- NatWest is preparing to name interim Chief Executive Paul Thwaite as permanent CEO as the government is preparing to sell its stake in the bank, Sky News reported on Wednesday citing unnamed sources.
-- -The lender's board of directors will discuss on Thursday proposals to announce Thwaite to succeed Alison Rose alongside its annual results on Friday morning, Sky News reported.
