H&M Hennes & Mauritz said sales for the fourth quarter were flat on year at SEK62.65 billion, up from SEK60.90 billion in the third quarter. "H&M Promotes Brand Head Daniel Erver to CEO -- Update," at 0802 GMT, misstated the figure for the third quarter.
