Bayer Names Nelson Ambrogio as New Head of Radiology Business
By Mauro Orru
Bayer appointed Nelson Ambrogio as head of the radiology business under its pharmaceuticals division, succeeding Gerd Krueger who will retire after eight years at the helm of the business.
The German pharmaceutical and agricultural conglomerate said Monday that Ambrogio would take over the radiology business on April 1, following a transition period with Krueger ahead of his retirement at the end of March.
Ambrogio served as senior vice president and general manager of Bayer's oncology business in the United States. He will be based in Berlin.
