Airbus Gets Latam Airlines Order for 13 Additional Aircraft
By Adria Calatayud
Airbus said Latam Airlines Group placed an order for 13 additional A321neo aircraft to expand its network.
The European plane maker, which didn't disclose financial details of the order, said Latam has 111 aircraft of its narrow-body A320 family to be delivered in total.
The new order came as Latam took delivery of its first A321neo aircraft leased from AerCap Holdings, the first of a committed backlog of 76 jets of that model, Airbus said.
