Cellnex Telecom CFO to Step Down
By Adria Calatayud
Cellnex Telecom said Chief Financial Officer Jose Manuel Aisa Mancho has resigned with effect from Oct. 31, continuing a succession process in its leadership team that saw long-time Chief Executive Tobias Martinez leave earlier this year.
The Spanish telecommunications-infrastructure company said Sunday that it has yet to appoint a new CFO.
Aisa Mancho had been Cellnex's finance head since before the company's initial public offering in 2015. As part of the role, he oversaw the company's merger-and-acquisition activity.
