Weir Group's CFO John Heasley Resigns to Join Anglo American

Weir Group said Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer John Heasley has resigned to join diversified mining group Anglo American.
The U.K. engineering company said it expects Heasley to leave by the end of the year, and that its board has begun the search for his successor.
Heasley joined the company in 2008, and has held a number of leading roles within Weir Group.
