Hong Kong Trading Session Canceled Due to Typhoon —— Update

The Hong Kong stock exchange has canceled trading on Monday due to the city's typhoon alert.
"No securities clearing and settlement services will be provided for the day. Stock Connect trading is also suspended for the day," Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing said in a statement on Monday afternoon.
The cancellation came after the bourse scrapped morning trading following a typhoon Signal No. 8 from the Hong Kong Observatory.
