OMV Extends Alfred Stern's CEO Mandate

OMV extended Alfred Stern's mandate as chief executive officer and chairman of the executive board.

The Austrian oil-and-gas company said Tuesday that Stern's term of office would be prolonged by two years until Aug. 31, 2026.

Stern accepted the mandate extension.
