Vonovia Chief Transformation Officer to Leave

Vonovia said Thursday that Chief Transformation Officer Helene von Roeder will leave the company's management board at her own request, effective from July 1.
The German real-estate company also said it has appointed Ruth Werhahn as a new member of its management board, with responsibility for the newly created human-resources division from Oct. 1.
