Argo Blockchain Appoints Jim MacCallum as CFO
By Anthony O. Goriainoff
Argo Blockchain PLC said Tuesday that it has appointed Jim MacCallum as chief financial officer, effective Wednesday.
The London-listed cryptocurrency miner said Mr. MacCallum is currently serving as CFO at East Side Games Group Inc. and was Senior Vice President and acting CFO of Westport Fuel Systems Inc.
The company also said mining revenue in March amounted to $4.05 million, compared with $3.8 million in February. In March, Argo mined 161 bitcoin or bitcoin equivalents, or 5.2 BTC a day, a decrease of 10% from February's 5.7 BTC, due to an increase in network difficulty, it said.
