Teslar Software and Kinective Partner to Deliver Integrated eSignature Capabilities for Consumer Lending
Strategic partnership brings seamless digital document execution to Teslar's Consumer Loan Origination System
Teslar Software, provider of lending, deposit, and operational technology for community financial institutions, and Kinective, the company delivering intelligent banking to over 4,300 banks and credit unions, today announced a strategic partnership to deliver integrated eSignature capabilities within the Teslar Consumer Loan Origination System. Together, Teslar and Kinective will give banks and credit unions a faster, more connected way to move consumer loans from application to closing.

The partnership reinforces Teslar's strategy of working with specialized fintech providers that serve banks and credit unions. Kinective’s eSignature solution is purpose-built for financial institutions and their lending processes. It will serve as the preferred option within the Teslar Consumer Loan Origination System, while lenders can continue integrating with other providers if they choose.
The integrated solution allows lenders to move through the lending process without switching between multiple systems. Documents can be prepared, sent for signature, and completed instantly within the Teslar platform, reducing delays and giving lending teams greater visibility throughout the loan process.
"Community financial institutions have a significant opportunity to strengthen customer relationships and drive long-term growth through consumer lending, but many have stepped away from consumer lending because the process has become too manual and difficult to scale," said Joe Ehrhardt, CEO of Teslar Software. "Our partnership with Kinective helps remove operational barriers by creating a faster, more connected lending experience. Together, we're helping community institutions confidently reenter consumer lending and build the long-term relationships that drive future growth.”
By combining Teslar's lending automation platform with Kinective's digital connectivity solutions, the partnership helps banks and credit unions create a more efficient consumer lending experience while laying the foundation for continued collaboration and future innovation between the two companies.
“Kinective’s intelligent eSignature technology is designed to solve the bottlenecks holding up financial institutions in critical signing scenarios, especially in consumer lending,” said Jeff Grobaski, senior vice president of product strategy at Kinective. “One of our clients saw a 98% reduction in loan processing time, cutting a several-week process down to minutes. They’re also saving over $100,000 annually by eliminating manual document handling. Our partnership with Teslar extends Kinective’s ability to help community banks and credit unions compete and recapture time to build deeper client relationships.”
The integrated eSignature capabilities are expected to be available within the Teslar Consumer Loan Origination System beginning Q4 of 2026.
