BizTrip AI Brings Business Travel Booking Directly Into Claude and ChatGPT
BizTrip AI Brings Business Travel Booking Directly Into Claude and ChatGPT
Corporate travel planning agent first to launch inside leading AI assistants via MCP "apps," letting business travelers plan and book trips without leaving their AI chat
BizTrip AI, makers of agentic AI for corporate travel management, today announced that its core trip-planning and booking experience is now available natively inside both Claude and ChatGPT. The integration uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — specifically MCP "apps," which support rich, interactive rendering directly in a chat conversation — allowing travelers to search, compare, and book business travel without switching to a separate app or website.
The move positions BizTrip AI at the front of a broader shift in how enterprise software reaches end users: rather than requiring employees to log into a dedicated booking tool, travel planning now happens inside the AI assistants many teams already use throughout their workday.
"So many teams are living inside Claude and ChatGPT all day — this puts business travel where the work already happens," said Valerie Layman, Head of Product Strategy at BizTrip AI. "By bringing our planning and booking capabilities directly into these interfaces, we are meeting users exactly where they are, eliminating the friction of switching between apps, and making corporate travel as seamless as a conversation."
BizTrip AI is built to simplify a $1.6 trillion global corporate travel market for frequent business travelers, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and Online Booking Tools (OBTs). Instead of manually filtering through hundreds of flight and hotel listings, travelers can describe what they need in natural language, and BizTrip AI's agent surfaces personalized, policy-compliant options based on the traveler's preferences and their company's travel rules.
By building on MCP apps, BizTrip AI can now deliver that same experience — rich results, comparisons, and booking flows — as an interactive, embedded surface inside Claude and ChatGPT, rather than a plain text-based exchange.
The integration is live now for users of both Claude and ChatGPT. Business travelers and travel managers can connect BizTrip AI within either assistant to begin planning and booking trips. See the BizTrip MCP connector for more detail.
