Waste Harmonics Keter Names Luiz Verzegnassi as CEO
Waste Harmonics Keter (the “Company”), a leading provider of managed waste and recycling services for businesses across North America, today announced the appointment of Luiz Verzegnassi as Chief Executive Officer, effective August 17, 2026.
“Luiz is a proven leader with an impressive track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation at scale,” said Scott Gilbertson, Chairman of the Board. “His experience leading large, complex organizations, and commitment to customer success make him exceptionally well positioned to lead Waste Harmonics Keter into its next chapter. Verzegnassi brings extensive global leadership experience across operations, customer service, technology-enabled services, and business transformation. He joins from GE Healthcare, where he most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company’s Services Division. Previously, he held a range of leadership roles across the organization, as well as Acument Global Technologies, Volkswagen, and Ford Motor Company.

Today, Waste Harmonics Keter serves more than 700 customers across 70,000 locations in North America. The company was formed through the combination of Waste Harmonics and Keter Environmental, creating one of North America's largest independent managed waste services providers. TPG Growth, the middle market and growth equity platform of global alternative asset manager TPG, acquired Keter in 2021 and made a significant investment in Keter’s combination with Waste Harmonics.
Under Verzegnassi's leadership, Waste Harmonics Keter will continue investing in advanced technology, analytics, and service capabilities designed to help customers simplify complex waste operations while achieving their environmental and business objectives.
