Inszone Insurance Services Expands in Kentucky with Acquisition of Hocker Family Insurance
Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hocker Family Insurance based in Morgantown, Kentucky.
Founded in 1926 by Leland O. Hocker, Hocker Family Insurance has served the Morgantown community and surrounding areas for nearly a century. Now in its fourth generation of family leadership, the agency has built a reputation for trusted service, long-standing client relationships, and comprehensive insurance solutions across personal, commercial, life, and health insurance.
“There were several things that had to be true for me to move forward,” said Cole Tynes, prior owner of Hocker Family Insurance. “I wanted to ensure our employees would be taken care of, that our local office would remain part of the community, and that our clients would continue receiving the personal service they’ve always known. Inszone was the only organization I found that aligned with all of those priorities.”
Tynes was introduced to Inszone through a relationship with another Kentucky agency that had previously partnered with the company. After learning more about Inszone’s approach and commitment to local operations, he felt confident it was the right fit for the agency’s future.
“We are excited to welcome Hocker Family Insurance to Inszone,” said Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services. “The team at Hocker has built an incredible legacy over the past 100 years. We look forward to supporting their team with additional resources while preserving the local relationships and personalized service that have made them such a trusted name in Kentucky.”
Clients will continue working with the same local team they know and trust while gaining access to Inszone’s expanded carrier relationships, technology, and operational resources. The Morgantown office will remain committed to serving the local community and surrounding region.
