AlTi Tiedemann Global Expands Presence in Key Growth Hub Miami with Senior Advisor Appointment
AlTi appoints Cesar Pachon to lead its Miami office, as part of its strategy to deepen capabilities in key US growth markets
AlTi Global, Inc. (“AlTi” or “AlTi Tiedemann Global”) (NASDAQ: ALTI), a leading independent global wealth manager with approximately $90 billion in combined assets, today announced that Cesar Pachon has joined the firm to lead its Miami office.
The appointment deepens AlTi’s expertise and presence in one of the fastest growing wealth hubs in the US. Miami has emerged as a leading destination for ultra-high-net-worth (“UHNW”) individuals, entrepreneurs and family offices, driven by its favorable tax environment, thriving financial services ecosystem, and continued migration from New York, California and Latin America.

In his new role, Cesar will work closely with Jim Bertles, AlTi’s Co-Head of US Wealth Planning, based in Palm Beach, to support AlTi’s continued growth in South Florida. Bringing particular expertise in advising international families with assets in the US, Cesar will also help drive AlTi’s broader growth ambitions in Miami, building on the firm’s longstanding offshore expertise led by Ricardo de la Serna and Jose Remy, in a market where domestic and international wealth increasingly converge.
Brooke Connell, President, US Wealth Management, AlTi Tiedemann Global said: “From our first conversations, it was clear that Cesar’s approach to advising clients is closely aligned with our own. He shares our conviction that exceptional wealth management extends well beyond investment management and understands the importance of helping families through holistic, integrated support. We're thrilled to welcome someone who shares the collaborative approach that defines our firm and is excited about the breadth of capabilities we can offer our clients.”
Andrew Douglass, Head of Growth, AlTi Tiedemann Global said: “Miami continues to be one of the most dynamic and strategically important wealth markets in the US, and Cesar’s appointment reflects both the strength of the opportunity in the region and our commitment to investing in exceptional talent to support clients’ evolving needs.”
Cesar Pachon, Managing Director, AlTi Tiedemann Global said: “I am delighted to join AlTi Tiedemann Global and look forward to working closely with colleagues in Miami and across the firm. Miami’s evolution into a global center for entrepreneurship, investment and innovation continues to create exciting opportunities for families and advisors alike. I believe AlTi is uniquely positioned to meet the evolving needs of sophisticated families by combining trusted relationships, global capabilities and a truly holistic approach to wealth.”
