Voxie Caps a Strong First Half for Franchise Text Marketing
New enterprise customers, repeat industry recognition, and the launch of Voxie Intelligence mark the company’s strongest six months to date.
Voxie, the text marketing automation platform built for franchise and multi-location brands, today shared the results of a record first half of 2026. The company grew revenue 32% year over year, expanded its enterprise customer base, earned repeat national recognition, and launched a new AI product line. Voxie now serves more than 18,000 franchise locations.

Franchise Brands Drive Voxie's Strong First Half of 2026
Voxie added a strong slate of new customers in the first half, including European Wax Center, Primrose Schools, Heights Wellness Retreat, Stratus Clean, and Optimize U. These brands join a roster of franchise leaders that use Voxie to give corporate teams brand control and compliance while local operators keep the autonomy to execute in their own markets.
The company also extended its product lead with the launch of Voxie Intelligence, a set of AI capabilities built specifically for franchise operations.
Built using insight from more than one billion franchise customer messages, Voxie Intelligence reads intent, sentiment, and context to deliver automated segmentation and intelligent recommendations - without requiring a data science team. Brands can adopt capabilities individually, starting today with the Intelligent Inbox, and expand from there. Budget Optimizer will enable brands to forecast campaign performance and direct spend with confidence, and AI-powered workflows lets teams build and automate campaigns faster than ever.
Recognition followed the growth. Voxie was named to the Inc. Best Workplaces list for the second year running. And 19 Voxie customers were recognized in the 2026 Entrepreneur Franchise 500, a signal of the company’s deep footprint among the country’s top franchise brands.
"The biggest names in franchising are choosing Voxie because we understand how they actually operate. Corporate sets the brand, local drives the results, and now Voxie Intelligence makes both smarter," said Adam Waid, CEO of Voxie.
