Janus Living Declares Monthly Common Stock Cash Dividends for the Third Quarter of 2026
Janus Living, Inc. (NYSE: JAN) (“Janus Living”), a pure-play senior housing real estate investment trust (REIT), announced that on July 8, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a monthly common stock cash dividend of $0.0475 per share for the third quarter of 2026, payable on the payment dates set forth in the table below to stockholders of record as of the close of business on the corresponding record date in the table below. The monthly dividend reflects an annualized dividend amount of $0.57 per share of common stock.
