OMER Investors Have Opportunity to Join Omeros Corporation Fraud Investigation with the Schall Law Firm
The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Omeros Corporation (“Omeros” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: OMER) for violations of the securities laws.
The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Omeros issued a press release on June 26, 2026 announcing “an update on the review by the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) of the company's marketing authorization application (MAA) for narsoplimab for the treatment of hematopoietic stem cell transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy (TA-TMA)." According to the Company, "following an oral explanation meeting with the CHMP held this week, at which Omeros presented its position together with four international experts in hematopoietic cell transplantation, Omeros was informed that the CHMP has adopted a negative opinion on the MAA for narsoplimab in TA-TMA." Based on this news, shares of Omeros fell by more than 19.1% on the same day.
