Webster Financial Corporation Declares Common and Preferred Dividends
Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE:WBS), the holding company for Webster Bank, N.A., announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share on its common stock.
The dividend on common shares will be payable May 16, 2024, to shareholders of record as of May 6, 2024.
On its Series F Preferred Stock, Webster declared a quarterly cash dividend of $328.125 per share ($0.328125 per each depositary share, 1,000 of which represent one share of Series F Preferred Stock), payable June 15, 2024, to shareholders of record on June 1, 2024.
On its Series G Preferred Stock, Webster declared a quarterly cash dividend of $16.25 per share ($0.40625 per each depositary share, 40 of which represents one share of Series G Preferred Stock), payable July 15, 2024, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2024.
