Randy Johnston, Robert Tobey and Chad Baruch recognized by peers as top lawyers
The 2024 edition of D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas list has recognized three shareholders from Johnston Tobey Baruch including name partners Randy Johnston and Robert Tobey, along with firm managing shareholder Chad Baruch.
Mr. Johnston, the firm’s co-founder, has been recognized for his work in professional liability litigation. He is generally recognized as one of the state’s foremost authorities on professional malpractice, and also handles cases involving breaches of fiduciary duty and a wide range of business disputes.
D Magazinehas regularly featured him as one of the city's top litigators and in 2022 named him to its inaugural Best Lawyers Hall of Fame.
