Seven Hills Realty Trust Announces Quarterly Dividend on Common Shares
Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) today announced a regular cash distribution on its common shares of $0.35 per share ($1.40 per share per year). The distribution declared today will be paid to SEVN’s common shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 22, 2024 and distributed on or about May 16, 2024.
