KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. Declares Preferred Stock Dividend
KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (the “Company” or “KREF”) (NYSE: KREF) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.40625 per each issued and outstanding share of the Company’s 6.50% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, which represents an annual dividend of $1.625 per share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2024 to KREF’s preferred stockholders of record as of February 29, 2024.
