Strategy

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of all market capitalizations. Under normal market conditions, it will invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities. The fund may hold up to 20% of its net assets in derivative instruments and short positions at any time.
