Strategy
The investment seeks current income consistent with the preservation of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in debt securities and related derivative instruments. The fund may invest up to 15% of its total assets in debt securities which are unrated or non-investment grade (commonly referred to as “high yield” or “junk bonds”).
