Effective June 29, 2020, four additional portfolio managers were named to Invesco Intermediate Term Municipal Income. These additions do not alter the strategy's Average People Pillar rating. Rebecca Setcavage, Charles Pulire, and Elizabeth Mossow joined this group through Invesco's acquisition of OppenheimerFunds in 2019, while Joshua Cooney has been with Invesco for over 15 years and was named to the strategy through internal promotion. This 10-person management team, led by Invesco's head of municipal strategies Mark Paris, will continue to take a team-based approach to managing assets, leveraging both top-down macro analysis and bottom-up credit research to construct this portfolio. While many in the group are experienced, they are still building a record of navigating a variety of muni market environments together.
