Veteran portfolio manager Daniel Shaykevich transitioned off Vanguard Short-Term Investment-Grade on June 30, 2026, to focus on other active Vanguard fixed-income strategies, including emerging-market, core, and core-plus strategies. Shaykevich joined Vanguard in 2013 from BlackRock, bringing more than two decades of industry experience, and now he leads the firm’s emerging-market sector team.
