On Sept. 14, 2026, Victory Capital announced that Victory Sycamore Established Value and Victory Sycamore Small Company Opportunity will reopen to new investors after closing to new money in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Both funds’ Morningstar Medalist Ratings are unchanged. Steady outflows over recent years reduced the Established Value and Small Company Opportunity strategies' assets to roughly $21.6 billion and $6.1 billion, respectively, as of August 2026. Over the trailing three years, Established Value has had about $7.6 billion in outflows, while Small Company Opportunity has lost $4.2 billion, making it a reasonable decision to reopen both. They are among the largest strategies in their respective mid-cap value and small-value Morningstar Categories, so capacity will be worth monitoring closely. Sycamore Capital, a franchise under Victory, has a history of prudent capacity management.
