Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of companies: 1) with at least half of their assets located outside the United States,2) with at least half of their sales generated outside of the United States,or 3) that are organized or maintaintheir principal place of business outside of the United States.
