The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities of large-cap companies that pass the fund’s values-based screens. Large-cap companies are defined as companies included in the S&P 500® Index from time to time.
