Morningstar has placed T. Rowe Price New Income under review to assess the impact of the sudden departures of comanagers Steve Bartolini and Saurabh Sud and their replacement by new comanagers Christopher Brown and Anna Dreyer, as announced by the firm on July 18, 2024. Bartolini had been on the fund since January 2017 as a comanager and took over as the sole manager in January 2018 after the prior lead manager retired. The firm added Sud as a comanager on the strategy in May 2023.
