Analyst Note

Andrew Palen, a Royce Premier assistant manager for three years, will step off this fund on Sept. 1, 2026, to devote more time to Royce Micro Cap, where he will become a comanager with Jim Stoeffel, who has run the fund for more than a decade. Palen has been a Royce Micro Cap assistant manager since 2024. Veteran managers Steve McBoyle and Lauren Romeo remain on Royce Premier, which also added a new analyst this year. The strategy's People Pillar rating is unchanged.
