Analyst Note

On May 1, 2024, Trevor Martin was appointed a comanager on Victory RS Small Cap Growth and Victory RS Mid Cap Growth, among other offerings. Martin joined the team as a research associate in 2014 and gradually took on additional responsibilities thereafter. Indeed, his promotion to portfolio manager from analyst reflects his contributions to the team over the years. Lead manager Scott Tracy remains in place, as do fellow comanagers Stephen Bishop, Melissa Chadwick-Dunn, Christopher Clark, and Paul Leung, all of whom will continue working collectively on portfolio construction alongside Martin. The strategies' Morningstar Medalist Ratings remain intact.
