We are placing Victory INCORE Low Duration Bond Under Review due to a management change. Effective Sept. 1, 2023, Victory INCORE’s CIO, Ed Goard, and some members of his team will leave Victory Capital. The fund will then be renamed Victory Low Duration Bond Fund and will be managed by Brian Smith, Doug Rollwitz, and Zach Winters. The new management team is part of the San Antonio-based Victory Income Investors, formerly known as USAA investments.
