Strategy

The investment seeks total return with an emphasis on providing current income. Under normal market conditions, the fund pursues its investment objective by investing primarily in publicly traded closed-end registered investment companies ("closed-end funds" or "CEFs") which are income-producing securities due to the CEFs' underlying holdings, such as senior bank loans, corporate bonds and preferred/convertible equities which generate income.
