Strategy
The investment seeks to track the overall market for common stocks publicly traded in the United States, as represented by the S&P 500®Index. Under normal circumstances, the Account invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities that comprise the S&P 500® Index. The fund may also invest in securities and other instruments, such as futures, whose return depends on stock market prices.
