Associate manager David Rowlett will become a comanager of T. Rowe Price Dividend Growth alongside longtime lead manager Tom Huber on Sept. 30, 2026. Rowlett joined Huber at the beginning of the year as an associate manager. This is a sensible move for succession planning as Huber is late in his career. Rowlett continues to help with idea generation, financial analysis, and client responsibilities. He has worked at the firm for more than 17 years and currently manages T. Rowe Price US Impact Equity. Accordingly, the strategy’s High People rating and Morningstar Medalist Rating are unaffected.
