Strategy
The investment seeks a high level of current income. The fund seeks to achieve its investment goal by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in floating rate loans and floating rate debt instruments. It invests principally in income-producing floating rate loans and floating rate debt instruments, which are those with interest rates which float, adjust, or vary periodically based upon a benchmark indicator. It may invest up to 20% of its assets in other types of debt instruments or securities including non-investment grade (high yield/high risk, sometimes called "junk bonds") debt instruments.
