PGIM recently announced that Steven Kellner, a comanager on PGIM Short-Term Corporate Bond PIFZX, plans to retire in April 2022. Given the length of time until Kellner's retirement, the strength of the team that will remain on the strategy, and PGIM's impressive history of managing successions, we do not expect to make any changes to the strategy's Morningstar Analyst Ratings as a result. Its least expensive share classes carry Gold, Silver, and Bronze ratings, while its others are rated Neutral.
