Strategy

The investment seeks current income. Under normal market circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, plus any amounts of borrowing, in shares of mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”) advised by Janus Henderson Investors U.S. LLC, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Janus Henderson Group plc (“Janus Henderson”), (“Janus Henderson underlying funds”).
