Strategy

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of the fund’s assets, plus any amounts for borrowing, in shares of mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”) managed by Meeder Investment Management Company (“Meeder”), under normal circumstances (“Meeder underlying funds”).
