Strategy

The investment seeks growth of capital. The fund, under normal circumstances, will invest at least 80% of its assets (defined as net assets plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes) in mutual funds and ETFs that are passively managed and seek to track a specific index consisting of U.S. equity securities of any capitalization, in order to obtain exposure to the U.S. equity market.
