The investment seeks aggressive growth. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets (defined as net assets plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes) in mutual funds and exchange traded funds (“ETFs”) managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc. or its affiliates collectively (“Invesco”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Invesco Ltd. (“Invesco underlying funds”). The balance of the fund’s net assets will be invested in Invesco underlying funds or mutual funds or ETFs managed by the advisers other than Invesco (“Other underlying funds”).
