Effective March 15, 2024, Peter Vaiciunas is no longer a portfolio manager for PGIM Income Builder. Vaiciunas had comanaged the asset allocation of the fund alongside Rory Cummings and Marco Aiolfi. Vaiciunas will remain at the firm until May, facilitating a smooth transition of his responsibilities. The firm added Manoj Rengarajan to the management roster. Rengarajan has 23 years of investing experience and almost six years with the PGIM Quantitative Solutions multi-asset team. This change comes after the November 2023 retirement of portfolio manager Edward Campbell. However, aside from these two departures, the management roster here has been stable in the past several years. Owing to the capability of the remaining portfolio managers and the multi-asset group's team-based approach, the strategy maintains its Average People rating.
