Strategy

The investment seeks total return consisting of income and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes) in investment grade fixed income securities, which may be represented by derivatives or investments in securities of other investment companies that invest primarily in fixed income securities.
