The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. and non-U.S. companies. The fund invests in the securities of companies located in at least three countries. It typically owns between twenty to thirty issuers in its portfolio and as a result, a higher percentage of the fund’s total assets may at times be invested in a particular region, sector or industry. It Fund will invest at least 40% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
