Strategy

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. In seeking long-term capital appreciation, the fund will invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of large and mid-capitalization U.S. companies that the investment adviser believes have favorable environmental, social and governance ("ESG") characteristics under a third-party vendor's rating methodology.
