Roger Morley will exit the strategy at the end of 2026 after a nine-month crossover with incoming co-portfolio manager Colin Moore, sourced internally in line with MFS tradition. Moore, a sector lead with strong philosophical alignment and meaningful portfolio overlap, should provide solid continuity. With Morley remaining through 2026 and a well-structured transition in place, we see no need to adjust the People rating for now and will reassess as Moore steps in.
