MFS Massachusetts Investors Growth Stock Fund Class B MIGBX

This strategy will see both of its managers depart over the next two years. Joe Skorski will relinquish his portfolio management responsibilities on MFS Massachusetts Investor Growth Stock and on MFS Meridian Concentrated Growth on Dec. 31, 2026, while Jeff Constantino will retire on April 30, 2028. Skorski has been a comanager on both strategies since July 2019, but will remain a comanager on MFS Global Growth after he gives up his duties here. Constantino has managed MFS Massachusetts Investors Growth fund since 2006 and MFS Meridian Concentrated Growth since 2007. Co-CIO Matt Scholder, who joined MFS in 2010, will replace Skorski as comanager and join Constantino in the interim. These changes come as a surprise and are material developments that warrant further examination.
