MFS recently announced a comanager change at one of MFS International Diversification's underlying offerings. Robert Lau will relinquish his comanager role on MFS Emerging Markets Equity MEMJX on Aug. 1, 2021, in order to concentrate on his comanager responsibilities at MFS International New Discovery MIDLX. The transition is 11 months away. Jose Luis Garcia and Henry Purcell will continue to serve as comanagers on MFS Emerging Markets Equity, which is 17.5% of this fund of funds' assets. And the management teams are unchanged at this fund's other five underlying offerings, including MFS International New Discovery. For all these reasons, its Morningstar Analyst Ratings, which range from Silver to Neutral depending on price, remain the same.
