BlackRock Balanced Capital is being revamped. The changes include swapping out its bond managers, an increased focus on ESG, and inclusion of international equity exposure. As a result, the People rating is downgraded to Above Average from High while the new managers settle in, and the fund maintains its Average Process rating. The fund’s cheapest share classes are downgraded to Bronze from Silver and the more expensive share classes are rated Neutral.
